We want every child to love their toy. If something isn't right, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The toy must be unused, in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
- Please keep your order number or invoice.
- For hygiene reasons, opened baby teethers, pacifiers and bath toys can only be returned if they are faulty.
Faulty or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video. We will exchange it or refund you, and we cover the shipping costs.
Change of mind
If the toy is in perfect condition and you simply changed your mind, you can exchange or return it. In this case, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is processed within 7 working days, in cash or by bank/wallet transfer.
